| 1. |
Eligibility: |
(a) |
‘You’ (The Insured) will become automatically
eligible for the draw if you take out an ‘eligible
insurance contract’ through the services of
RGIB Insurance Broking Pty Ltd’ during the ‘eligible
period’; |

(b) |
An ‘Eligible Insurance Contract' for the purposes
of this particular draw ‘Win a Flight Promotion
2/2008’ means a commercial and/or business insurance
product arranged by RGIB including for public
liability insurance during the ‘eligible period’;
(and further subject to clause (2) hereunder); |
| |
(c) |
The ‘Eligible Period’ is the period from 9.00am
GMT 1 November 2008 to 5.00pm GMT 30 June 2009. |
| 2. |
Insurance Contract: |
Further to clause 1(b) above,
for an insurance contract to be eligible it
must be in force before the close of the eligible
period and, the premium for such eligible insurance
contract must have been paid in full to RGIB
within the terms and conditions of the eligible
insurance contract and/or the terms of services
provided by RGIB. An insurance contract will
not be an eligible insurance contract where
the terms and conditions of the insurance contract
have not been complied with and/or where the
premium has not been paid in full to RGIB or
where the insurance contract is cancelled. An
eligible insurance contract does not include
a quote or cover note or a temporary insurance
contract or an insurance contract where the
premium is paid by installment. |

The Draw: |
The draw shall occur at 4 pm
on the 30th June 2008 at RGIB’s Sydney
offices located at Lvl 14 100 Walker Street,
North Sydney. |
| 4. |
The Prize: |
(a) |
Is (1) return flight for (1) person in economy
class to (1) of the following destinations -
London (Heathrow) UK’, of Paris (De Gaulle)
France, or New York (JFK)USA valued at up to
$2,500; |

(b) |
The winner must nominate the destination they
wish to travel to, and the dates they wish to
travel on within 60 days of notification of
winning the draw; |
| |
(c) |
The winner must travel within 12 months of
the date of notification; |
| |
(d) |
RGIB will book the flights with either Qantas
and/or United Airlines which may include any
other carriers with follow through routes code
shared with Qantas or United Airlines; |
| |
(e) |
RGIB shall purchase the tickets as a direct
route flight only, without stop overs, however
if the winner chooses to vary the flight route
that will be a matter entirely for the winner
and RGIB will have no obligations whatsoever
to pay any additional monies toward the flight
cost; |

(f) |
The tickets shall be arranged through a Flight
Centre chosen by RGIB however, all peripheral
arrangements concerning collection of tickets
etc’ shall be the responsibility of the winner. |
| 5. |
Notification: |
The winner will be informed by
telephone and by mail of their success and such
notification will also appear on the 7th July
2009 in The Australian newspaper. |
| 6. |
The Winner: |
Will be the Insured under the
eligible insurance contract. The Insured can
choose to nominate a director, officer, employee
or partner in the Insured’s business as the
prize winner. The prize is not transferable
to anyone not a director, officer, employee
or partner in the Insured’s business. |
| 7. |
Other Costs: |
RGIB shall not be responsible
to pay any other costs or associated costs in
relation to the prize, such as spending money
and/or accommodation monies, however, $100.00
will be provided to the winner at the time of
notification to cover costs of travel to and
from the airport, but RGIB will not be responsible
for any other costs. |
