RGIB is a relatively small yet, dynamic Insurance Brokerage with plans to become the market leader for commercial classes in Australia & New Zealand.

The successful applicant can expect a steady flow of inbound enquiries from our current client base of more than 5,000 customers across Australia ranging from Professional Services, to Retailers & Trades through to the Manufacturing Industry, Clubs & Community Associations including Non Profit Organizations, and other similar markets.

We are looking for qualified and experienced Insurance Brokers, with particular focus on commercial classes, to help us develop and maintain a portfolio of new and existing clients.

This position carries significant responsibility for further developing our firm’s strategies to achieve our goals thus, emphasis on book building through client services and business retention are important qualities we greatly value.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Tier 1 or equivalent with a demonstrable track record in commercial class insurance broking
Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and relationship building skills;
Manage daily client enquiries/claims
Ability to source solutions for clients various risk requirements
A comprehensive understanding of technical issues
Willingness to undertake interstate travel.

Remuneration:

Currently based at circa' $85K + performance bonus's however, substantial variables can be structured to reflect your level of expertise. In some circumstances sign on fees may be applicable.
