SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE (Non-Complex Small Business Insurance)

RGIB specializes in arranging business & public liability insurance, and we pride ourselves on delivering a fast and efficient service on the best available terms for all our customers, infact we arrange in excess of AUD$5.5 billion cover for over 6,000 clients nationwide.

Our firm is growing thus, a number of our sales and customer service personal have decided to further their careers by taking on management and technical positions within the firm which has created a need for more sales and customer service personal.

No cold calling nor awkward pushy sales calls occur here, all of our business is inbound thus, applicants wishing to apply for this role will have to have fluent English language ability and a firm grasp of computer skills in order to serve customer needs efficiently and productively.

To secure this excellent opportunity you will need to be able to demonstrate a high degree of competence in sales and customer service however, we recognize insurance skills might have to be taught so, we have a development program to take you from step 1 through the level you so desire.


Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Ability to manage client enquiries & provide top level customer service;
  • Client service ethic and a proactive outgoing nature;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to source solutions for clients & willingness to contribute to management issues.
Remuneration:

Currently based at circa' $42K + performance bonus's (approx $25k minimum per annum) however, substantial variables can be structured to reflect your level of expertise. In some circumstances sign on fees may be applicable. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package including bonuses and you can look forward to having plenty of opportunity to progress to a senior underwriting role.

An hourly rate of $20 per hour + performance bonuses are also available for Part Time employees.

While busy and dynamic the job is relatively easy but offers those who want to go further in their career the opportunity to do so. The environment is friendly and outgoing generally focused on daily results. While competitive the results are also based on the level of service provided and the general feedback from customers. Ex NRMA and AAMI call centre staff love this job.
