We are looking for individuals with business development
experience in the ‘Small to Medium' sized business sector
to help us develop opportunities for our primary insurance
broking services.
In addition to qualified Insurance Brokers this position
would ideally suit persons having experience in dealing
with principals and owners of SME’s, such as Business
Banking Managers, Accountants, Financial Advisors and/or
Stock Brokers looking to capitalize on a solid network
of personal contacts.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Ideally existing, and enduring, relationships with key business management;
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Strong sales and relationship building skills;
- Strong entrepreneurial capabilities;
- Ability to interpret client requirements to ensure
effective product development and innovation;
- Willingness to undertake interstate travel.
Remuneration:
Currently based at circa' $75K + success fees however,
substantial variables can be structured to reflect your
level of expertise and quality of potential clients. In
some circumstances sign on fees may be applicable.
